Shannon Ramey was raised in NW Ohio farm country. After several years working in the agricultural sector, he joined the United States Navy, serving one enlistment. Upon his honorable discharge, he was able to attend Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He graduated with a degree in Christian studies and was ordained to the diaconate in 2017 and the priesthood in 2018. He lives in Roseville, Ohio. He is widowed with two young children.

The Rt Revd Joshua A. Gilliam, DMin

Deputy Secretary General for Latin America

Joshua Gilliam is a Graduate of Queens University in Charlotte, NC  where he completed his B.A. with a major in Spanish and a concentration in Music. He completed his Masters of Divinity through Liberty Theology Seminary in Virginia, and the Doctor of Ministry from  Hood Theological Seminary in Salisbury, NC.

Prior to becoming a priest, he spent in the Army Chaplain Corps and as a police officer. He serves in the Orthodox Anglican Communion under Archbishop Thomas Gordon and is currently the Rector of Resurrection Anglican Church / Iglesia Anglicana Resurrección in Landis, NC.

He resides in Enochville with his wife, Nelva, and their five children.
